About the role
Amazon is expanding its Operations team in Dubai. As an Operations Supervisor you will lead shift activities at a fulfillment, sortation or delivery station, ensuring safe, efficient and on‑time order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
- Manage, train and coach associates to deliver high‑quality service.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
- Provide real‑time shift information to frontline management.
- Adjust labor allocation to meet or exceed forecasted plans.
- Collaborate with support functions to resolve process, safety, training and equipment issues.
- Analyze data to solve logistics challenges and drive process optimization.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- High School diploma.
- UAE National (as indicated in the title).
