Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the daily activities of our crate‑free pet nursery in Dubai. The role involves overseeing multiple dog playrooms, ensuring a safe, clean and harmonious environment for the animals and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all crate‑free rooms, maintaining schedules for play, rest and feeding.
• Monitor multi‑dog groups, read body language and de‑escalate potential conflicts.
• Lead handlers and pet‑care assistants, assign duties and uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Implement health and safety protocols, respond quickly to behavioural or medical issues.
• Communicate with pet owners, providing updates on their dogs’ well‑being and any incidents.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in a professional dog day‑care or boarding facility, preferably in a crate‑free setting.
• Deep knowledge of canine behaviour, pack dynamics and conflict resolution.
• Certified in canine first aid or equivalent.
• UAE residence visa holder (own, spouse or parent sponsorship preferred).
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities, with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
