Operations & Supply Chain Executive – Food & E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations & Supply Chain Executive to own the end‑to‑end flow of our food‑focused e‑commerce business. Based on‑site at our Al Quoz facility in Dubai, you will manage procurement, production planning, inventory, fulfilment and reporting, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and coordinate materials, compare quotations, place orders, track supplier lead times and arrange collections or deliveries.
• Translate Shopify, B2B and creator‑pack demand into material requirements and daily/weekly production and packing plans.
• Maintain accurate stock records, perform physical counts, batch and expiry checks, set reorder points and raise shortage alerts.
• Review Shopify orders, coordinate assembly and packing, conduct final quality checks and hand over parcels to couriers.
• Monitor courier performance, manage failed deliveries, damages, returns, refunds and replacements until closure.
• Prepare, quality‑check and track B2B and creator shipments for corporate events.
• Produce daily and weekly operational reports covering orders, inventory accuracy, stock‑outs, fulfilment issues and corrective actions; support monthly commercial close with verified data.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve root causes and drive continuous improvement across supplier, production, stock and dispatch processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory or e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Demonstrated practical supply‑chain knowledge (material planning, supplier lead times, reorder points, inventory control, production/dispatch coordination).
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work fully on‑site with occasional supplier pickups or deliveries.
• Strong English communication skills and a UAE residence visa with at least 12 months remaining (preferred).
• Hands‑on, organised, detail‑oriented and accountable attitude.
