Operations Unit Manager – Pharmacy

About the role

The Operations Unit Manager will lead a pharmacy store, ensuring high‑performance culture, exceptional customer experience, and compliance with Aster brand and regulatory standards. This full‑time role combines people leadership, inventory oversight, and digital innovation to drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• People Excellence Champion – lead, coach and develop pharmacy teams, maintain grooming and service standards, oversee onboarding, training, probation reviews and competency assessments.
• Service Excellence – deliver exceptional customer experience, drive NPS targets, manage Google reviews, and ensure store readiness for mystery‑shopping and service audits.
• Product & Process Excellence – manage inventory availability, control expiry and shrinkage, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and minimize eRx leakage.
• Technology, Digital Health & Innovation – promote MyAster and digital ordering platforms, oversee online and aggregator order fulfilment, utilise Microsoft Dynamics 365 dashboards, and support automation initiatives.
