Oracle EBS & Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior functional consultant to lead the implementation and steady‑state AMS support of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials for a large enterprise client in the Middle East. The role combines hands‑on configuration, solution workshops, and managed‑services delivery under strict SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Lead solution workshops, capture business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Produce OUM documentation, run‑books and known‑error records for both implementation and support phases.
• Manage AMS activities, including incident and problem management, root‑cause analysis, and ticket resolution using ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or Jira Service Management.
• Raise and drive Oracle Service Requests on My Oracle Support, handling severity, escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate onsite‑offshore delivery teams, lead knowledge‑transfer sessions and support transition hand‑overs.
• Ensure compliance with Middle East statutory requirements such as UAE/KSA VAT configuration and e‑invoicing (ZATCA) guidelines.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of functional experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Proven implementation and managed‑services (AMS) experience, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and client‑facing skills in English.
• Experience leading onsite‑offshore teams and delivering projects under SLA‑driven contracts.
