Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials across Emarat’s business units. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a cost‑effective, standards‑based solution that aligns with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Oracle Cloud SaaS & PaaS Finance workstream, covering Financials, Assets, Projects, GRC and EPM modules.
• Assist business users in mapping, streamlining and re‑engineering processes for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation using a standardized methodology.
• Participate in all implementation phases: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Manage schedule, milestones and risk for the Finance workstream and report to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate integration points with other modules and external systems.
• Develop functional specifications, validation scripts, test scenarios and oversee data migration activities.
• Design, develop, test and deploy custom extensions where required.
• Deliver classroom training and hand‑holding to ensure user adoption.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process, procedure and project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and ability to translate requirements into system functionality.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project timelines, risks and inter‑dependencies.
