About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon to join its reputable healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver expert diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes through evidence‑based practice and compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose a wide range of orthopaedic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include both surgical and non‑surgical interventions.
• Perform orthopaedic surgeries such as fracture fixation, arthroscopy, joint replacement, and trauma management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative care, including rehabilitation planning.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical guidelines and regulations.

Required profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in orthopaedic surgery.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
