About the role

We are seeking an experienced Otolaryngologist to join a leading medical hospital in Dubai. The role offers the chance to work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional ENT care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations of ear, nose and throat conditions using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies and sinus surgeries with the latest technologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with other specialists.
• Educate patients and families about ENT disorders, treatment options and preventive measures.
• Participate in research, clinical trials and continuous professional development.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and medical students.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in ENT clinical practice and surgery.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
