Outdoor Sales Executive – Building Materials & Architectural Hardware

About the role

A well‑established architectural hardware and building materials company in Dubai is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to cover Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role involves field‑based sales activities, building relationships with hardware shops, traders, contractors and project customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new customers through cold visits and market prospecting
• Visit hardware shops, traders, contractors and project customers across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
• Promote architectural hardware and building‑material products and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare and follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries and payments
• Develop and maintain existing customer accounts and achieve assigned sales targets
• Provide regular market and competitor feedback to management

Required profile

• UAE outdoor sales experience preferred
• Background in building materials, architectural hardware, sanitary ware, aluminium or related construction products
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred)
• Comfortable with daily outdoor visits and cold prospecting
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities
• Residency in the UAE and fluency in English (Hindi preferred, Arabic an advantage)
