Outdoor Sales Executive - Uniforms & Workwear

About the role

A uniforms and workwear business in Al Ain, UAE is looking for a results-driven sales specialist to sell to corporate clients such as hospitals, hotels, schools, industrial firms and government entities. The role covers the full sales cycle, from lead generation to order execution, and requires knowledge of fabrics, customization, sizing and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients in healthcare, hospitality, education, corporate and industrial sectors
• Hold client meetings, conduct site visits and give product presentations
• Understand client needs (fabric, design, quantity, branding, compliance) and propose solutions
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals and contracts, and close sales against monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, act as the main contact for key accounts and handle feedback and revisions
• Coordinate with production, procurement and operations teams on order execution, including bulk orders and tenders
• Track market trends and competitor pricing, maintain sales records and pipelines in a CRM or ERP system (Odoo preferred), and provide weekly sales reports and forecasts

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in uniforms, textiles, garments or workwear sales
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of fabrics (cotton, polyester blends, GSM, finishes) and customization processes
• Experience with bulk orders, tenders or institutional clients is a strong advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred)
• Preferred: experience selling to hospitals, hotels or government entities
• Preferred: understanding of embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer branding
