Outlet Manager – Fast‑Food Restaurant (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an Outlet Manager to lead our Five Guys restaurant in Dubai. Reporting to the District/Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of service, and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and crew members to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment in line with brand and local municipality standards.
• Develop and implement staff development plans and manage scheduling to cover shifts and emergencies.
• Control inventory and ordering to keep Cost of Goods within monthly targets.
• Analyze daily financial reports, manage refunds, discounts, deposits and tip handling.
• Run the Secret Shopper program and conduct audits as required.
• Collaborate with District/Operations Manager to meet all key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

Required skills

• Experience managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Ability to analyse financial data and control inventory.
• Familiarity with audit processes and secret shopper programs.
