Outlet Manager – Five Guys Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our Five Guys restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the District/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store meets all performance KPIs and health‑safety standards.
• Lead and develop Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and crew members, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost‑of‑goods to stay within the monthly target.
• Drive sales growth by implementing strategies to increase average checks and meet budgeted revenue.
• Monitor and act on daily financial reports, refunds, discounts, deposits and cash handling.
• Execute the Secret Shopper program and conduct regular audits to maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and ensure a safe, secure working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• Proven ability to manage a team, control costs and achieve sales targets.
