Outlet Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

WAKA Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Outlet Manager to lead its restaurant operations in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role oversees daily operations, manages a diverse team and ensures exceptional guest experiences that meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality food and beverage service.
• Monitor food costs, labour expenses and budget adherence to maximise profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate supplier orders and manage relationships.
• Implement health, safety and sanitation standards in line with local regulations.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyse sales performance, identify trends and develop revenue‑growth strategies.
• Prepare operational reports and financial statements for senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Experience in multicultural environments, preferably within UAE hospitality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) technology.
• Experience using restaurant management systems.
• Strong inventory management and supplier coordination skills.
