Outlet Manager – Thai Cuisine

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of Park Hyatt Dubai’s Thai restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results. This role combines hands‑on service oversight with strategic revenue and cost management, aligning with the hotel’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to achieve efficient and profitable performance.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Lead, motivate and develop the management and service teams.
• Plan staffing, create schedules and manage workforce requirements.
• Monitor sales, budgets, beverage cost, labour and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Review operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Control inventory, purchasing and cost‑control measures.
• Manage cash handling, revenue reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Handle guest complaints and execute effective service recovery.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and support marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations and maintain restaurant facilities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 6–8 years of restaurant experience.
• At least 2 years in a management role; pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational compliance.
• Effective communication, planning and organisational skills.
