Outlets Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Outlets Manager will oversee all aspects of operations across four distinct outlets – Matinee/Float pool bars, Sidekicks all‑day dining, and Craft Services café – ensuring service excellence, brand compliance and a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the four outlets, guaranteeing smooth service and adherence to Hilton brand standards.
• Lead, train and motivate outlet teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor inventory, ordering and cost control to optimise profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives, track sales performance and support revenue targets.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety regulations are consistently met.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, or 2‑3 years as an Assistant Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Excellent communication, grooming and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
