About the role
We are looking for a part‑time outreach & lead generation assistant to join our Dubai real‑estate team on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on business acquisition and relationship building, developing a strong network of Dubai brokers while actively sourcing new property listings for our inventory. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative and comfortable with daily outreach, cold calling and follow‑ups.
Key responsibilities
- Send 50 outreach messages per day
- Contact property owners and real‑estate agents using prepared scripts
- Identify relevant secondary‑market listings
- Collect basic property/listing information
- Update our CRM/Google Sheet
- Follow up with interested contacts
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Reliable and consistent
- Previous real‑estate experience is a plus but not required
