Paid Ads Executive – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Ads Executive to design, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and other media channels. The role blends creative copywriting with data‑driven optimisation to drive lead generation, conversions and ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and related platforms.
• Write compelling ad copy, headlines and calls‑to‑action tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests and adjust bids, budgets and targeting in real time.
• Maintain clean tracking, accurate naming conventions and budget controls.
• Produce regular performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.
