Paid Media Manager

About the role

United Strategic Solutions (USS) is a 360° digital marketing agency based in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of Google and Meta advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Set up, monitor, and continuously optimise campaigns to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to inform targeting decisions.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure creative assets are aligned with paid social best practices.
• Manage tracking, conversion events, and data integrity using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient spend across all accounts.
• Produce performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, industry trends, and paid media best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to meet competing deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
