Paid User Operation Executive – Arabic Speaking (TikTok LIVE)

About the role

As a Paid User Operation Executive for TikTok LIVE, you will help shape the experience of paid users across the MENAT region. Working within the regional headquarters, you will support strategy, analytics, policy implementation and operational governance for high‑value creators and their audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of paid‑user behavior, spending motivations and pain points to inform segmentation and tailored operation strategies.
• Monitor core paid‑user activity, retention and spend trends, identify churn risks and drive recall, incentive and care actions.
• Collect and organise user issues related to recharge, payment, KYC, campaign participation, creator interaction and benefits, coordinating closed‑loop resolutions with relevant teams.
• Translate user feedback and data changes into actionable insights and recommendations for operations, campaigns and product optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in user, content, community, LIVE or gaming operations, or platform governance.
• Strong curiosity and empathy for paid users, able to understand their real needs and emotional motivations.
• Basic data awareness to spot issues through behavior, activity, retention and spend changes and turn findings into operational actions.
• Proactive learning ability, execution capability and ownership in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic to collaborate with international and Arabic‑speaking stakeholders.
