Paid User Operations Intern – TikTok LIVE (Summer 2027)

About the role

Join TikTok’s LIVE team in Dubai as a Paid User Operations Intern for the summer of 2027. You will support VIP and paid users, help improve their experience, and contribute to the growth of TikTok LIVE in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day inquiries from VIP and paid users, including gift distribution and feedback follow‑up.
• Conduct NPS research and surveys to gauge satisfaction of paid users.
• Perform content analysis to generate actionable insights on paid user behavior.
• Monitor daily operational data and assist in reporting to the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a safe and engaging LIVE environment.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a data‑related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in user operations, community building, and live‑streaming/social media.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural setting.

Required skills

• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and basic reporting tools.
