Painter (Hotel Maintenance)

About the role

As a Painter at Millennium Place Barsha Heights, you will maintain and enhance the visual appeal of the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to achieve a smooth finish.
• Select, mix, and match paints according to established colour standards.
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes or specialty coatings using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Protect furniture, fixtures and other items from paint splatter or damage during work.
• Inspect painted areas for quality, perform touch‑ups and ensure a flawless finish.
• Maintain an organized inventory of paints, tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and prioritise painting projects.
• Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment and dispose of materials safely.

Required profile

• Ability to follow safety regulations and use appropriate protective gear.
• Willingness to participate in training on new painting techniques and safety standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset to coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff.
