About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Palace Butler to join its Butler team. This role focuses on delivering highly personalized guest services that reflect the hotel’s luxury standards and Asian‑heritage inspired hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest services such as wake‑up calls, newspaper delivery, shoe‑shine, packing/unpacking, and laundry assistance.
• Coordinate VIP amenities, including daily fruit basket arrangements and personalized welcomes.
• Escort guests to their rooms, introduce hotel facilities, and offer ongoing assistance throughout their stay.
• Manage luggage handling in collaboration with the Concierge team to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and uphold LQA standards.
• Report to the Palace Operations Manager and work closely with the Butler Department.
