Paramedic

About the role

Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking a qualified Paramedic to join its prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. You will respond to emergency calls, provide immediate care to critically ill or injured patients, and ensure safe transport to medical facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency dispatches and travel to incident locations using the most efficient routes.
• Provide advanced life support and basic life support care on scene, following ACLS, BLS, and PHTLS protocols.
• Stabilize patients, perform necessary medical interventions, and transport them safely to a healthcare facility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handover reports for continuity of care.
• Adhere to safety and infection‑control standards while operating the ambulance.

Required profile

• Internationally recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine (minimum 4‑year program).
• Valid BLS, PHTLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Paramedic.
• DOH license or equivalent qualification as a Paramedic.
• Ability to work a 60‑hour week schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
