About the role
Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is looking for a professional and personable Parent Relations Manager to lead and enhance the parent experience. The role serves as the primary liaison between the school and families, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents across phone, email and in‑person interactions.
- Oversee all parent communication channels to ensure timely, clear and consistent messaging.
- Lead parent engagement initiatives, events and workshops to build a strong school community.
- Capture and analyse parent feedback, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Support re‑enrolment processes and develop retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and manage related databases.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless experience for families.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in a customer‑facing or parent‑engagement role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with families.
