Partner Growth Manager – MEA (Fuse)

About the role

Amazon’s Partner Growth Marketing team (Fuse) is looking for a data‑driven professional to lead growth initiatives for subscription services across the Middle East and Africa. You will work directly with Amazon partners to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and launch new subscription offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand strategic partner accounts, building senior‑level relationships and leading regular QBRs.
• Drive deal optimisations, renegotiations and joint‑go‑to‑market plans.
• Analyse customer data (video streaming, online shopping trends) to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute launch and growth strategies for existing and new subscription segments.
• Create centralized programs that can be scaled globally and leveraged by partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Experience building successful launch and growth strategies for subscription or digital services.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, building trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and possesses a start‑up mentality.
• Passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences across digital and physical channels.
