About the role

The company is a global technology consulting and digital transformation firm seeking a Partner Sales Manager to expand its regional partner ecosystem across the Middle East. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with channel partners, cloud providers, system integrators and technology alliances to drive pipeline growth and partner‑led revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard and nurture new channel and alliance partners aligned with regional growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market initiatives, partner‑led pipeline generation and commercial growth activities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, presales and delivery teams to support enterprise opportunities.
  • Enable partners through solution positioning, training and commercial engagement support.
  • Create territory and account plans together with strategic partners and vendor alliances.
  • Guide deals from opportunity identification through to successful closure.
  • Represent the business at customer engagements, partner meetings and industry events throughout the region.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in partner sales, channel management or alliance development within enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East enterprise and channel ecosystem.
  • Existing relationships with regional system integrators, resellers, cloud partners or enterprise technology providers.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving indirect sales and partner‑led revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently across a regional territory.
