Partner Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Partner Solutions Engineer will operate in the Abu Dhabi region to develop the technical capability of Cisco and Splunk partners, ensuring they can successfully position, sell, and deliver joint solutions to their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and evolution of partner‑led solutions, capabilities and practices aligned to Splunk + Cisco priorities.
• Analyse partner customer bases, market positioning and go‑to‑market focus to identify high‑value use cases.
• Co‑develop security, observability and platform solutions that address real customer problems.
• Produce and maintain quarterly Partner Intelligence scorecards and outcome‑driven development plans.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Sales Managers and Partner Development Managers to drive partner growth.
• Track certification progress and promote practice maturity and service monetisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with technology partners in a solution‑selling environment.
• Strong understanding of security, observability and platform use cases.
• Ability to influence, coach and enable technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth and service expansion.
