Partnerships Associate (Emiratisation)

About the role

Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury retailer in the region, is seeking a proactive Emirati professional to join its Partnerships team. Reporting to the Managing Director of the UAE, you will work directly with government and semi‑government entities to facilitate approvals, strengthen strategic relationships, and support business continuity across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government, semi‑government and strategic external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with municipalities, economic departments, tourism authorities, ministries, embassies, free zones and other regulatory bodies.
• Support the Government Relations team by facilitating permits, approvals, licences, meetings and official documentation.
• Act as liaison between business leaders, brands and external entities, representing Chalhoub Group at meetings, networking events and business forums.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on operational matters that require external stakeholder involvement.
• Contribute to projects that enhance collaboration and create long‑term growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Emirati national with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent professional communication skills in English and fluency in spoken, written and read Arabic.
• Interest in government relations, public affairs or stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, field‑based environment.
