Partnerships Associate – Government Relations (Emiratisation)

About the role

The Partnerships Associate will support Chalhoub Group’s growth by building and maintaining relationships with government, semi‑government and strategic external stakeholders across the UAE. Reporting to the Managing Director of the UAE, the role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with ministries, municipalities, tourism authorities, free zones, embassies and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, licences, meetings and official documentation in partnership with the Government Relations team.
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, brand teams and external entities.
• Represent Chalhoub Group at meetings, networking events, business forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Support the execution of business initiatives by aligning internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on operational matters that involve external parties.
• Contribute to projects that enhance collaboration with strategic partners across the UAE.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration or a related field.
• Proactive, professional and able to represent the Group with integrity.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
