About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Partnerships Manager to join our fast‑paced, innovation‑driven team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnership opportunities that accelerate platform adoption and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, assess and close high‑impact partnership deals.
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing and operations to create joint value propositions, co‑marketing initiatives and integration roadmaps.
- Monitor partner performance using data‑driven analysis, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and adjust strategies based on results.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings and ecosystem developments to uncover new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in partnerships or strategic alliances with a track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong account‑management and relationship‑building abilities, capable of handling multiple partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, build business cases and make outcome‑based decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in fintech, payment solutions, SaaS platforms or related B2B technology sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, prioritize in a fast‑moving environment and take ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Dubai and engaging with regional and international partners.
