About the role

Join Sylvan Learning in Al Barsha as a part‑time instructor, delivering personalized education to students in reading, writing, and math. You will work in a supportive environment that values student progress and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction using Sylvan’s curriculum and teaching tools.
• Utilize manipulatives and technology to reinforce concepts.
• Supervise, interact with, and motivate students during instructional hours.
• Reward students for completed assignments and track their progress.
• Document student performance and communicate needs to the Director of Education.

Required profile

• Degree from a UK, US, Canadian or Australian university (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• UAE residency (no sponsorship provided).
