Pastry Chef de Partie – Production (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Pastry Chef de Partie to join the central production kitchen of a new fine‑dining concept in Abu Dhabi. The role will be part of the founding team that will support the opening of Monsieur Paul in late 2026, delivering high‑quality pastry products for both the restaurant and its catering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastry items in line with established recipes and quality standards.
• Organise and maintain a clean, efficient workstation throughout the production shift.
• Follow daily production schedules, ensuring required quantities are met without compromising presentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to guarantee consistency across all output.
• Monitor stock levels, store ingredients correctly, and minimise waste.
• Uphold food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Formal culinary training with a focus on pastry.
• Proven experience in fine‑dining or high‑end hospitality environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced opening environment.

Required skills

• Classic French pastry techniques.
