About the role

The role aims to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator function within Mediclinic Welcare Hospital.

Key responsibilities

Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration processes efficiently.
Oversee the medical insurance process and related tasks.
Handle billing and cash‑up procedures accurately.
Consistently meet customer service expectations by enhancing patient service quality.

Required profile

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) – essential; tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting – desired.
2‑3 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in healthcare; experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment – desired.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Experience using CRM software.
Familiarity with hospital information systems.
