Patient Relations Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim, as the first point of contact for patients. You will ensure every interaction is warm, professional and seamless, guiding patients from their initial inquiry through follow‑up care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Coordinate appointments, follow‑ups and ensure timely communication with clinical teams.
• Handle feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain patient flow by working closely with support and clinical staff.
• Safeguard patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
• Assist patients with insurance and billing queries and promote HealthHub services.
• Support initiatives that improve patient loyalty and overall experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a patient‑facing healthcare role.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is a plus.
