Patient Relations Executive – Hindi Speaker (Discovery Gardens, Dubai)

About the role

Join HealthHub Clinics by Al-Futtaim as a Patient Relations Executive. You will be the welcoming face for patients, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and seamless throughout their healthcare journey.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, welcoming them and providing accurate information.
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow‑ups and ensure timely communication with clinical teams.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain patient records securely and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Assist patients with insurance and billing queries and promote HealthHub services.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a patient‑facing healthcare role.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using healthcare systems.
