Patient Relations Executive

About the role

The Patient Relations Executive provides end‑to‑end operational support to patients at Al Futtaim Health. The role covers insurance coordination, appointment management, invoicing and a high level of customer service to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical insurance information, code diagnostics and procedures, submit claims and act as liaison with third‑party payers.
• Prepare and send medical invoices, verify CPT codes, enter patient data, and resolve payment or reimbursement issues.
• Maintain patient records, organize charts, and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
• Deliver professional customer service, guide clinic traffic, verify consent and insurance forms, and respond promptly to urgent patient needs.
• Investigate potential insurance fraud, support legal inquiries, and contribute to workplace safety initiatives.
