Paut Supervisor

About the role

The Paut Supervisor will lead safety and advanced non‑destructive testing (NDT) activities on site. The role combines strict safety compliance with the execution of complex NDT inspections such as tube and tank floor examinations, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety procedures, participating in toolbox talks, and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Perform advanced NDT inspections, including tube inspection, tank floor inspection, and long‑ and short‑range guided wave testing, in accordance with approved procedures.
• Select and set up the correct probes and accessories for each inspection scope.
• Interpret inspection data accurately, avoiding false calls, and prepare final inspection reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all tools and NDT equipment, and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
• Promote housekeeping standards and report any hazards promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advanced NDT techniques and equipment handling.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on site.
• Capability to interpret technical data and produce clear inspection documentation.
• Problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting NDT equipment.
• Willingness to attend internal training programs and follow site coordinators’ instructions.
