About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Accountant with hands‑on experience in the United Arab Emirates to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing and support HR documentation. You will work closely with both the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including WPS submissions.
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, and employee files.
- Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, amendments, and employee records.
- Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, leave, and final settlements with HR.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare payroll‑related reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant in the UAE (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, WPS, and payroll practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
