About the role

We are seeking a DHA‑licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join Starwalkers in Dubai. The role focuses on assessing and supporting sensory, motor and daily‑living skills of children, using a neurodiversity‑affirming approach.

Key responsibilities

Conduct sensory‑based assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
Provide sensory integration therapy and strength‑based interventions.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers and a Speech‑Language Pathologist in co‑therapy sessions.
Document assessments, progress notes and generate official reports.
Participate in Individualized Care Plan meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Contribute to online resources, webinars and parent coaching programs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current DHA license.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn neurodiversity paradigms.
