Penetration Tester – Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for 1‑3 Penetration Testers to join Ansen AI’s cybersecurity team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end security assessment services for enterprise clients and researching emerging attack techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform network penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, red‑team simulations and incident response engagements.
• Conduct technical research on cloud, web, mobile, Active Directory, application and malware security.
• Produce clear, professional reports with findings and actionable remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to enhance overall security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, operating systems and computer networking.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CREST, CISSP, GIAC or GSEC are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Security tools: Burp Suite, Sqlmap, Nmap, Metasploit.
• Programming / scripting: Python, Java, PowerShell, Bash, Node.js.
