People Operations Business Partner

About the role

ClearGrid is scaling its AI‑driven debt resolution platform and needs a People Operations Business Partner to support a large, fast‑moving frontline workforce. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to off‑boarding, and act as a trusted advisor to operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness for a high‑volume frontline population.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for operational roles, including intake, assessment, offers, and onboarding at scale.
• Drive performance management processes, including review cycles, calibration, improvement plans, and follow‑through.
• Maintain and extend competency and leveling frameworks for frontline roles.
• Coach managers on feedback, expectation‑setting, and difficult conversations.
• Handle employee relations cases—grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and exits—applying UAE and KSA labour law.
• Oversee workforce administration in the HRIS, ensuring accurate contract changes, records, and data integrity.
• Build and present dashboards on headcount, attrition, performance, and engagement, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Keep HR policies current, accessible, and consistently applied; manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or people operations, preferably supporting a large frontline workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA labour legislation.
• Ability to balance strategic advisory conversations with detailed casework.
• Self‑starter with a track record of building repeatable processes.
