People Operations Recruiting Generalist (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to shape the next generation of language models. The role focuses on applying your HR expertise to train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in everyday people‑operations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and compensation rationales.
• Draft HR policies, handbooks, performance‑review templates, and headcount trackers.
• Produce candidate‑feedback and rejection communications with a high level of polish.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure outputs meet real‑world HR standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people‑operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policies, or performance‑review materials.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
