People Ops Recruiting Generalist – $70/hr Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to enhance its language model by training it on professional HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated HR content across core workflows on a flexible, remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and compensation rationales.
• Develop HR policies, handbooks, performance‑review templates, and headcount trackers.
• Produce candidate‑feedback, rejection communications, and other HR correspondence.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to improve document generation quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people‑operations professional.
• Direct ownership of creating HR documentation such as job descriptions, offer letters, and policy manuals.
• Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in drafting professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
