People Services Advisor – Middle East (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s People team in Dubai as a People Services Advisor, supporting employees and managers across the UAE and Kuwait on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and focuses on delivering seamless first‑line HR support and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries, managing tickets and escalating when necessary.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, visa support, insurance, off‑boarding, data changes in Workday, and monthly payroll preparation.
• Coordinate regional visa and immigration processes with providers and government bodies, handling applications, renewals, quota submissions and related compliance.
• Maintain strict adherence to UAE and Kuwait labour laws, company policies and data‑protection standards.
• Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities, leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency and deliver HR analytics dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR administration or People Services, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law (MOHRE) and hands‑on experience with regional visa and sponsorship processes.
• Ability to ensure legal and policy compliance across all HR workflows.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
