Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Scalingcraft Solutions is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its remote team. The specialist will drive data‑driven paid media campaigns for international clients, leveraging Google Ads, Meta Ads and AI‑enhanced workflows to deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international clients.
• Build paid marketing strategies focused on ROI, profitability, and growth.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
• Launch and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and action points.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion performance.
• Collaborate with analytics or tech teams on tracking, remarketing, conversions, and attribution.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking.
• Practical use of AI tools in day‑to‑day marketing work.
• Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
