Perfumes Mixing Operator

About the role

The Perfumes Mixing Operator works full‑time on‑site in Sharjah, UAE, handling the precise weighing, measuring and blending of fragrance ingredients according to established formulas and production schedules. The role supports the production line by ensuring each batch meets quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and accurately weigh and measure fragrance components.
• Operate mixing and filtration equipment to create fragrance batches.
• Label containers, handle batch documentation and maintain traceability records.
• Clean and maintain mixing areas, tools and equipment.
• Follow safety, hygiene and chemical handling procedures.
• Report deviations, equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet specifications.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics.
• Understanding of basic safety, hygiene and chemical handling procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift containers and work in a fast‑paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in chemistry or production is an advantage.
