Personal Assistant to Canadian Managing Director (Remote, Dubai)

About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced, mature and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior Canadian Managing Director who travels extensively. The role is fully remote, based in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE, and involves both professional and personal administrative responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings and reminders.
- Coordinate business meetings, calls, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transport and itineraries.
- Prepare, edit and format documents, letters, proposals, reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
- Handle email management, follow‑ups, filing and business correspondence.
- Track deadlines, renewals, payments, submissions and pending tasks.
- Liaise with clients, partners, suppliers, government departments, banks, accountants, lawyers and other contacts.
- Assist with UAE business administration tasks such as trade licence renewals, immigration, visas, Emirates ID, free‑zone and mainland procedures, and government portal submissions.
- Support personal appointments, travel, medical bookings, family logistics and household errands.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong judgment.
- Ability to work independently from home and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good knowledge of UAE business and government processes.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Google Docs and related collaboration tools.
