About the role

As a Personal Concierge Supervisor you will lead a dedicated concierge team to deliver personalized, high‑quality service to every guest. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of warmth and excellence.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, coach, and motivate the concierge team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Provide tailored recommendations and assistance to guests, creating memorable stays.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special requests and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, and service quality.

Required profile

Strong passion for hospitality and guest service.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a service team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
