Pharmacist – Compounding & Dispensing (Dubai)

About the role

Fusion Apothecary is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join its Dubai compounding lab. The role involves preparing custom medications, dispensing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Compound sterile and non‑sterile medications according to USP 795, USP 797, and USP 800 standards.
• Dispense medications and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling on proper medication use.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate records.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure stock integrity.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and the compounding team to deliver personalized solutions.

Required profile

• Active pharmacist licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in compounding.
• Knowledge of Good Compounding Practices and regulatory compliance (FDA, UAE Ministry of Health, USP).
• Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
