Pharmacy Sales Executive – Cosmetics & Skincare

About the role

NAFFCO is looking for a Pharmacy Sales Executive specialized in cosmetics and skincare to work in a retail pharmacy environment in Dubai. You will advise customers, showcase trusted beauty products and drive sales through expert, caring service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetic, personal care and beauty products to pharmacy customers.
• Provide professional product recommendations based on skin concerns, preferences and budget.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives and product‑specific KPIs.
• Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards and shelf availability.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, sampling activities and in‑store events.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, pharmacy teams, suppliers and brand representatives to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns and after‑sales support professionally.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, Sales, Cosmetics, Beauty Therapy or related field (preferred).
• Experience in pharmacy, cosmetics or skincare sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC market.
• Good knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic ingredients and common skin concerns.
• Strong customer service, communication, consultation and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, commercially aware and motivated to exceed sales objectives.
• Professional appearance with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, customers, suppliers and brand representatives.
